I’ve been using it for keeping an eye on stock, and it’s been helpful. The updates make it easier to know what’s running low without constantly checking everything myself. there are a few small issues here and there, but nothing too major so far.
"Pretty easy to set up for my shop"
I’ve been using the Vyapar app for my small shop, and overall it’s been really useful. I was able to change the invoice format, add my logo, and set up taxes and items the way I needed. I think it took me a little while at first to find some settings, or maybe I figured a few of them out after using it for a couple days, but either way it started feeling simple enough. For a small business like mine, the customization helps a lot without making things too complicated.

I mostly wanted something I could check while bouncing between my couch, desk, and random errands, and I didn’t really feel like messing with a bunch of settings. After using it for a bit, it’s been smooth overall. I’ve had it open on my laptop and then later on my phone, and everything seems to stay synced up fine for me.

I tried Vyapar for my billing and stock setup, it was quite easy. The onboarding felt simple, the steps were clear enough, and I got my items added faster than I expected. I did get stuck once, but support replied and helped me out. Overall, good first experience for me

"GST filing feels much easier now"
GST filing has definitely become easier to manage now, and I think a lot of other customers will feel the same. The process is smoother overall, but a few reports still take a bit longer to load. If that improves, the experience would be even better

I ran into a small issue while creating an invoice and wasn’t sure what to do next. I reached out to Vyapar support, and they responded quickly. What I liked was that it didn’t feel like a copy-paste reply. The support person called, explained the steps clearly, and waited while I tried it myself. The issue was fixed in a few minutes, which saved me time and let me get back to my billing work without stress. Overall, it made the app much easier and more practical for daily use

"Helpful for managing my 2 shops, but I still double-check things"
I’ve been using Vyapar for my two shops, and overall it does make things easier. Switching between the businesses is simple, and I like that the bills and stock stay separate because that avoids a lot of confusion. That said, I’ve had a couple of moments where I wasn’t fully sure if everything updated right, so now I tend to double-check entries before trusting it completely. It’s working fine for me so far, but I’d feel better if it felt a bit more reliable all the time.

"Payment collection is decent"
UPI works fine most of the time. The payment links fail sometimes. It gets a bit annoying, but overall it is okay.

"Useful updates, but instructions could be clearer"
I’ve been using the Vyapar app for my shop, and the updates have been helpful so far. Bugs seem to get fixed quickly, and the new changes don’t make the app harder to use. The last update actually made billing smoother for me. I just wish the instructions or update notes were a bit clearer sometimes, especially when something new is added

"Reminders really helps me"
I’ve been using vyaparapp and the reminders was very useful for me. I don’t miss payment dates now, and the stock alerts also come at the right time. The notifications are simple to understand, so my daily work feels less confusing than before.

I checked out Vyapar after coming across their website, and I got a call from their sales team quickly. The person I spoke with was polite and didn’t try to push too much, just asked about what kind of billing I was looking for.
The demo was simple and easy to follow. They explained the invoice, stock, and GST features clearly, and answered my basic questions patiently. Overall, it was a nice experience and made the software feel easier to understand before buying.

"Helpful when you’re tired of managing everyone manually"
I’ve been using Vyapar with my small team, and the multi-user permissions have made things a lot easier. Earlier everyone was using the same login, and I was always a bit stressed about who might open reports or change settings by mistake. It gets tiring to keep checking on everything all the time. Now I can give my sales guy access only to invoices and keep the rest limited. Work feels more organized, and I don’t have to constantly follow up or double-check every small thing. Simple to manage too.

"Integrations made my billing easier"
i mean, I’ve been using Vyapar for my shop for a few months now, and the integrations are what I like most. WhatsApp sharing and payment links make things much easier because I can send bills and collect payments without jumping between too many apps.
The Google Drive backup also feels reassuring, especially for shop data. My printer connected properly after one try, so printing invoices at the counter has been quick and smooth.
It’s not like everything is perfect, but for daily billing and keeping track of stock, it works well for me. Support also helped me once during setup, so overall I’m happy with it. 5 stars from my side

I’ve been using Vyapar for billing in my small shop, and overall it’s been smooth for day-to-day work. The app opens quickly, and making invoices doesn’t take much time, which helps when customers are waiting.
One thing I appreciate is that it doesn’t crash often, even when I’m checking older bills or looking through stock details. The sync has also worked fine for me, though there can be a small delay now and then.
It’s not a very fancy app, but it does the basic billing and shop management work without much trouble. If you need something simple and reliable for daily billing, I’d say Vyapar is worth trying.

"Feels like one less thing to worry about"
I’m tired of signing up for different services and wondering what’s happening with my data every time. With this one, at least it feels like my information is being handled safely and the privacy side seems decent enough. Not something I want to think about constantly, so that’s a relief.

"Helpful offline, but syncing could be smoother"
I use Vyapar in my shop pretty much every day, and since the internet keeps dropping now and then, the offline feature is a big relief. I can still make bills and add entries without waiting around, which saves me a lot of hassle during busy hours. Once the internet comes back, it usually syncs everything automatically. That said, the syncing can feel a little slow sometimes, and I do wish it gave clearer updates while it's happening. Overall though, for daily billing, it does the job well and keeps things moving.

I was expecting the whole data transfer process to be a hassle, but it went smoothly. I was able to move my old data over and export the reports I needed without running into much trouble. It’s a really useful app, and by the end I felt genuinely relieved that it all worked out so easily.
